All parts are backed by the limited warranty extended by the parts' manufacturer. Parts returned for warranty will be exchanged or credited at our option. Discount Converters Ltd. or the manufacturer, will not back warranty requests due to shipping damage, improper handling or installation, abuse, neglect, or accidents. Warranty claims apply to parts only, and do not cover labor, installation, towing, or any other charges.

CREDIT CARDS: We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. Your credit card will not be charged until your order has been shipped.

SHIPPING:
All shipments will be sent via ground service, unless air delivery is requested. Most of our converters are shipped "free freight" for ground service. If air service is requested the appropriate freight charge for air service will be added to your invoice. There are a few part numbers that are "oversized" and those converters will incur an additional freight charge. These converters are so noted in the detail section of each part number. If there is an oversize shipping charge warranted it will be added to your invoice.
SHIPPING PROBLEMS:
Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing for package. Please note with carrier any problems or damage with order. If the package is in good condition, and has concealed damage please notify shipping company and Discount Converters Ltd. immediately. KEEP ALL PACKAGING, INCLUDING SHIPPING CARTON. DO NOT return damaged items without prior authorization.
RETURNS:
All returns are subject to 15% restocking fee.. Please call for return authorization before returning any item. NO RETURN WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION! All items returned must be in unused, new condition and in the original packages. Lost or damaged parts cannot be exchanged or refunded. Return packages must be sent prepaid directly to: Discount Converters Ltd., 11510 OLD KATY ROAD, Houston, TX 77043. Refunds will be issued by the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Freight Charges are non-refundable. No returns will be accepted after 30 days.
